Profile
Helen graduated from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Public Health w/ a Community Health concentration and a minor in Psychology. Helen previously held a position as the Collegiate Recovery Peer Support Worker through UCSD’s Health Promotion Services and has worked within Muir College as a Student Affairs Intern and Peer Academic Advisor.
As a UC San Diego alumni, she enjoys connecting with students over shared university experiences and strives to meet students where they are at to provide personalized support and resources to them. Outside of work, Helen enjoys finding new ways to practice self-care and trying different cafes.
A piece of advice she would give to students is: “Reach out/try new things because life is too short to be held back by your fears and what-ifs!”
