Update Transfer Agreement on Your Degree Audit

Learn how to update your degree audit based on your transfer status including Articulation, UC Reciprocity, and IGETC. This guide provides essential steps to ensure your academic records accurately reflect your transferable coursework and satisfy General Education requirements at Thurgood Marshall College.

 

  • IGETC or Partial IGETC students

    Please confirm that your UC IGETC or UC Partial IGETC has been received by the Admissions Office, along with all official transcripts. Many institutions will send these documents separately. Note: A CSU-IGETC will not be accepted.

    Students can send transcripts to UC San Diego through Parchment.

    If you need to mail documentation to UC San Diego, please use the following address:

  • UC Reciprocity

    Transcripts

    Please send all official transcripts to the UC San Diego Office of Admission.

    Students can send transcripts to UC San Diego through Parchment.

    If you need to mail transcripts to UC San Diego, please use the following address:

    Letter of Reciprocity

    If you completed all lower-division General Education requirements at your previous UC campus, please ask your undergraduate advising office for a UC Reciprocity Letter.  Your UC Reciprocity letter must be sent by an advisor via email to tmcadvising@ucsd.edu.

    A notification will be available under your 'Contact Record' once your UC Reciprocity letter has been received and posted to your academic record.

  • Articulation

    Transcripts

    Please send all official transcripts to the UC San Diego Office of Admission.

    Students can send transcripts to UC San Diego through Parchment.

    Did you complete a lower-division GE curriculum at your previous institution? If so, please ask an advisor at your previous institution to send a letter to Marshall College Academic Advising confirming that you completed all lower-division requirements. Your letter must be sent by an advisor via email to tmcadvising@ucsd.edu.

    A notification will be available under your 'Contact Record' once your UC Reciprocity letter has been received and posted to your academic record.
